Ireland’s First National Yoga Festival is Coming this September, NOURISH #YogaFSTVL

17 August 2018

With Irish people moving towards cleaner lifestyles and embracing the health and wellness trend, Ireland is set to see its first ever national yoga festival, NOURISH #YogaFSTVL this autumn. The week-long festival is dedicated solely to health, wellness and mindfulness and is taking place across the country from 17th to 23rd September.

Yoga studios, workshops and retreats all over Ireland will be opening their doors to welcome locals of all ages and abilities as part of NOURISH #YogaFSTVL. Cafés, restaurants, smoothie bars and health food shops will also be getting in on the action, offering special healthy deals, tastings and workshops to people across the country.

FSTVLR are calling for businesses across Ireland with a passion for health, fitness and wellness to get involved and showcase what their business has to offer. Every business will have complete control of their participation, which can be anything from a demonstration, class, talk, tour, healthy menus/meals/beverages or even a picnic, designed to inspire, uplift and nourish the mind, body and soul.

The festival is run by FSTVLR, who connect festival lovers with businesses looking to host exciting events in their own premises. FSTVLR run themed festivals across Ireland, with their online site, FSTVLR.ie, creating content designed to help the public discover unique festivals and inspire them to join in the fun. Every FSTVLR story is an invitation to join an ever-evolving calendar of shindigs and social events, tailor-made to entice people of all ages and interests.

The creative and highly experienced team behind FSTVLR is made up of hospitality business owners, event managers, journalists and designers, with a proven track record of creating, promoting and managing large scale successful festivals including BurgerFest, Oktoberfest Beag and FEAST.

Ernest Cantillon, FSTVLR CEO, owner of Cork hotspots Electric and Sober Lane, and founder of the award winning Kinsale Gin said,“There has been a huge movement towards a cleaner and more mindful way of life in recent years, and NOURISH #YogaFSTVL is the perfect opportunity for businesses across the country to engage with this trend. Instead of the standard festival model which takes people away from venues, this festival will take place right in their own premise, driving footfall for them and attracting new customers. Businesses can take part in any way they choose, and we already have some amazing businesses signed up so we can’t wait to see the unique ways they will all be celebrating the yogic way of life!”

Businesses can take part in this event at a very low cost, and can tailor their offer to their customers' interests. On the website, quality content and beautiful imagery puts Irish businesses front and centre, engaging with and enticing readers to explore the fun events that are right on their doorstep.

Participation is only €95 per venue and each venue will receive a full digital POS Pack, an opportunity for their business’ yoga event or wellness special to be featured on the FSTVLR website, participation in a strong promotional campaign and the opportunity to raise the profile of their business to a very attractive target audience.
