Fashion brands Vero Moda and Jack & Jones re-open new look Cork store

Last night (29th of July) The Vero Moda and Jack & Jones store on Patrick Street re-opened to the public following a 2-month refurbishment. To celebrate the occasion a fashion show with exclusive previews of the Autumn/Winter collection was unveiled. Vera Moda showcased a  variety of looks using contrasting textures like lace and leather to more girly day wear outfits including this season's must have fitted combats. The men in the audience were not disappointed with looks from Jack and Jones who are known for their much sought after jeans brand. The new look 394sqm store based at 31/32 Patrick St is as contemporary as the fashion within it.  It will employ 20 staff across the two fashion labels and will now stock more lines from both the male and female brands. The Vero Moda and Jack & Jones brands have occupied the site on Patrick Street since 1994 and Investment Bestseller, the parent company, is cementing its commitment to trading in Cork city for many years to come with the reopening of its flagship store.Last night Acting Manager Sarah O’ Donovan said "We’re delighted that the store has reopened and it’s great to see so many familiar faces back in shopping with us. Cork is a fantastic city to shop in, Patrick St is at the centre of fashion and we’re thrilled to be back with our new look store, providing employment in the city as well as showcasing our new collections. We even had people in yesterday evening from Limerick who really missed the store and were delighted to be the first to purchase from the Autumn Winter collections.
