Fair Trading at Network Cork Christmas Fayre Wednesday 7th December 2011 – Clarion Hotel, Cork – 6.30pm to 9pm

Incoming Network Cork President Rebecca Birchall, the lady behind the event said “This is one of the first events I will be organising in my new role as President of Network Cork and I’m delighted that it is an event promoting Cork businesses and of course many of our members businesses.  We all are looking more and more local when making purchases this Christmas, so with this event, everyone can do this really easily, under one roof.”

Admission to the event is free and all of the items on view will be available for sale on the night.  Exhibitors include a wide range of Cork based businesses including:-

Elegance Cork – Ladies Accessories, Hope Foundation, The Brehon Hotel, The Celtic Ross Hotel, The Clarion Hotel, Essence Spa, BodySmart, Eve’s Chocolates, Forever Living , MissChiChi.com, Lucia Accessories, Atir, Nash 19, Red Balloon, Monreal – Leather Shoes, Accessories & Clothing, St Luke’s Home, The Art of Style, Town and Country Hampers, Optilase/Therapie, Gift Guru and Make Up by Martha with Heart2Heart Necklaces in aid of Crumlin Hospital. Also Fishers Boutique, Amity and Petals Floral Design.

Guests will be greeted with a Mulled Wine and Mince Pie Reception and many of the businesses are offering special discounts and offers on the night.

Julia Lynes, who is Network Cork’s Outgoing President, stated “Christmas seems to have started earlier than ever and our Christmas Fair is to help our members get organised really early for Christmas this year.  Feedback was really strong last year for the event and people loved the fact that they were supporting local businesses.  It will be a one stop shop for Christmas gifts and a great showcase for our members.  Also with the new location at The Clarion Hotel, we are hoping more of the general public will join us to start their Christmas shopping and support local businesses at the same time.”
