COCKTAILS AND CANDY CANES MARK LOST SOCIETY 2nd BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

26 November 2012

The crowd enjoyed the first sampling of the venue’s new festive cocktails while taking in the spectacular Christmas themed décor created by interior design gurus Kingston Lafferty Design in Dublin. The theme this year is ‘Candy Cane Forest’ and the impressive décor helped to add a wonderful festive atmosphere to the evening’s proceedings.

In the 24 months since opening, Lost Society has picked up several awards including ‘Most Stylish Bar’ by Licensing World in 2011 and the ‘Best Nightclub Award’ at the Hospitality Ireland Awards in 2012. Not only that, but the venue was also shortlisted for an eircom spider award this year in the news and entertainment category – the first time any bar has been shortlisted.

In short, Lost Society has firmly established itself as one of the country’s most successful bars becoming synonymous with excellent customer service, delicious cocktails, diverse and cutting edge entertainment, and in turn offering one of the most stunning interior décors in Dublin.

The success of Lost Society looks set to replicate itself in Cork after the team re-opened the legendary Savoy on Patrick Street last month, following a state of the art refit. Regulars to Lost Society will spot several similarities with the new Savoy venue, including its extensive cocktail menu, dramatic entertainment and exceptional customer service.

Lost Society is situated in the Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, in the heart of the city.  It has featured on TV Shows such as Off the Rails and Xposé and has been the location for countless fashion shoots and key social events.  The venue has also hosted a number of high profile product launches, networking events and Dublin Beta exhibitions, aside from being a registered civil ceremony location.
