Camden Place

Dating from the late 19th century, this building was, for decades, home to Atkins Garden Centre. During the 1990s, it temporarily housed Cork’s Courthouse, before most recently playing host to a vibrant community arts centre. Camden Place remains one of the very rare examples of Italianate architecture in Ireland.

BBMOC asked us to design the brochure for the redevelopment of the building, from a sadly neglected landmark, to a modern, 21st century office development, and in doing so we took keys from its previous uses, and created a document that reflected both the past and the future in equal amounts. This concept was brought through to the website which we also designed, to illustrate many of the advantages of Cork as a base, both historical as well as its current attractions.
