Bedford Row, one of Limerick City’s busiest thoroughfares welcomes a new resident, Regus, the global workspace provider. Regus Bedford Row will host 150 work spaces, ranging from offices and meeting rooms to coworking and event spaces. Renting a work space here offers a landmark address in the central business district.

Situated in Limerick City Centre, Ireland’s third largest city, Regus Bedford Row will instantly impress. The striking contemporary building incorporates the front of the Methodist Church which was originally built on the Bedford Row site in the 1800s. An impressive full-height glass atrium façade leads on to Limerick City Centre’s pedestrianised retail hub.

This is the second addition to the Regus portfolio in Limerick, and hopes to follow in the successful footsteps of its sister space at the Castletroy Commercial Campus. Local demand for the Regus workspace is brisk with a large uptake and with clients such as those in finance and technology industries already secured. Regus Bedford Row will welcome their first tenant, Azon Recruitment Group in January 2018. The Regus reputation for flexible, premium facilities, as well as Limerick’s excellent national and international access links, should prove popular with a wide range of established businesses, remote workers, and start-ups.

Gearoid Collins, Regus Country Manager said: “ We’re delighted to see Regus expand its offering to Limerick City. Flexible working is becoming increasingly popular, and we’re thrilled to be able to offer such a wide variety of workspace options enabling our clients to work when, where and how it best suits them and their business”

Bedford Row will open for business on December 22nd with 60 offices spaces. The remaining 110 will be available in early 2018.
