On January 23rd, Dublin Business School (DBS) launched ELEVEN, a Leadership Programme created for executive leaders based on world-renowned research in psychology and neuroscience.

The guests who attended the event at The EPIC Museum at the CHQ Building heard from the creator of the ELEVEN Leadership Programme and Behavioural Scientist Milo-Arne Wilkinson, and Mentalist Keith Barry.

Dublin Business School, Ireland's largest independent third level college have conducted extensive research into the DNA of leadership and, coupled with DBS's extensive experience in the field, they have identified a gap in the traditional executive education space - that of emotional intelligence.

ELEVEN, based around 11 core leadership attributes, was launched in Australia in 2017 by their parent company Kaplan and has successfully positioned itself in the market as one of the world’s leading neuroscience and behaviour-based executive leadership programmes.

Behavioural Scientist Milo-Arne Wilkinson, the creator of the programme attended the event, taking the guests through their paces and challenging their beliefs when it comes to business leadership.

Wilkinson said, “Business leadership has evolved and those who lead must evolve with it. This programme is designed to make leaders the best they can be. ELEVEN brings together both Irish and global thought leaders from the areas of psychotherapy, psychology, and business leadership to create something truly innovative and unique.”

Cliona O’Beirne, Director of Marketing and Admissions from Kaplan/ Dublin Business School added, “Dublin Business School is delighted to be the first in Europe to welcome this innovative leadership programme. We pride ourselves on world class executive education and the ELEVEN programme is a fantastic addition to our portfolio of programmes. “
