The team behind Cork's five star premier hotel Hayfield Manor were rewarded for their dedication and attention to detail when they won a prestigious Gold Medal Award from Hotel & Catering Review, Ireland's leading magazine for the hospitality industry.
The Gold Medal Awards recognise and reward excellence within the Irish hotel and catering industry. Hayfield Manor were delighted to learn the news that they had received the much coveted Award for Best Five Star Hotel in Ireland, beating off tough competition from some of Ireland's leading five star hotels.
Annmarie says "There is tremendous competition in the high end of the market where we are positioned. This Award is a reflection of the dedication and pride that the staff here take in offering the highest standard of care for our guests coupled with a personal touch and the new facilities which are now judged the best in Ireland."
I’m not sure who the first person was to coin that phrase about Simon Harris our new Taoiseach but it certainly is “stuck” onto him now. When the phrase is used do you think it is me...
