Old Stone Bar & Grill Opens in Dingle on Friday 10th July

06 July 2009

A new and exciting dining experience will open in Dingle this Friday, when Lee Bradshaw and his brother Garrett open the doors to the Old Stone Bar & Grill located on John Street, Dingle. This exciting new venture is a sister restaurant to The Station House Bar & Grill, which has become one of the most popular restaurants in Kerry since it opened just over two years ago.

The Old Stone Bar & Grill will encompass all that has made The Station House Bar and Grill such a runaway success and will offer a bright new dining experience in Dingle for locals and tourists alike, combining a fusion of flavours and exciting dishes in a relaxed and chilled out setting.

Lee Bradshaw, proprietor of the Station House Bar & Grill has teamed up with his brother Garrett Bradshaw to open this new restaurant, and the dynamic duo are sure to make a success of the new business with a combination of culinary skills, creativity and determination.  Everyone knows Lee from the Station House Bar & Grill and his recent exploits on RTE One's popular programme, The Restaurant.  His younger brother Garret has also vast experience in the industry, most recently working on the Costa del Sol for a number of seasons, before returning to work alongside Lee at the Station House.

Talking about his new business venture, Lee said "This is an exciting time for Garrett and me. Opening a second premises is a brave move in times like these, but with our experience and expertise combined, Garret and I know we can offer customers something different in the Dingle area with the Old Stone Bar & Grill, and that's what people are looking for."

Garrett, who will be based in Dingle will be very much hands on at the new venture, added "We have an extensive wine and beer menu which complements the range of dishes available, so there is something to tempt all taste buds.  As well as this, we will be offering Early Bird Specials including delicious stone baked pizzas and pasta dishes to tempt the locals in after a busy day of work, and tourists who are now more than ever, looking for value as they holiday."
