Bye bye January! Velvet Room to host Hot Swing Jazz Night

To help banish those January Blues and get everyone back into the party mood again, the Velvet Room at Fabric Night Club will host a Hot Swing Jazz Night.

Re-opening this weekend, Saturday the 30th of January 2010, from 11.30pm onwards, guests will be able to show off their hot moves as DJ Gary Baus, the master of sound all the way from Baltimore, USA, will be providing the best of Big Band Swing Jazz from the 30's & 40's.

Whether you Jump, jive, romp, and stomp, this Saturday will guarantee to banish the January blues, whilst enjoying the likes of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Bennny Goodman, and Artie Shaw.

DJ Gary, who has lived in Ireland for the last 8 years, is really looking forward to the night. Gary states, "This weekend is going to be great. So many people have stayed in over the last few weeks due to the 'January blues' but now there's a chance to let your hair down and start living again! You don't even have to be a big Jazz fan as everyone can enjoy it."
