Get into the Christmas spirit at Market Square Mallow, with three very special singing performances from local schools next week.
On Tuesday 15th December at 11.30am the boys and girls from 5th class in Scoil Ghobnatan, Bellevue, Mallow, will perform a selection of Christmas carols and holiday songs. While, it's the turn of the pupils from Mallow No. 1 Mixed National School, Shortcastle, Mallow, who will sing at 2.00pm on Thursday 17th December,.
St. Mary's Secondary School, Mallow will be carol singing in Market Square on the Thursday 17th and Friday 18th and hope to raise money for much needed hampers for the not-so-well-off families in their school community (performance times TBC).
All choirs will perform in the main square at Mallow's favourite shopping shopping destination, Market Square. Admission is free, and with 450 free parking spaces, these performances are the perfect opportunity to come along and hear some of your Christmas favourites like Silent Night and Jingle Bells, and do all your Christmas shopping in one convenient location.
