A trio of experts including TV Chef Kevin Dundon, Lucinda O' Sullivan, Ireland's best known food critic and Peter Caviston, restraunteur had the enviable task of tasting each finalist's signature dish in the beautiful surroundings of Hayfield Manor's Orchid's restaurant.
