Senior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in either our Dublin or Cork office.
The Senior Graphic Designer at Fuzion is a key creative role responsible for leading and executing innovative design projects. This individual will play a pivotal role in creating visual communications for our clients’ brands and ensuring high quality design and consistency.
Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years experience in a graphic design role
• A strong portfolio of work showcasing design for various print and digital projects
• Excellent capabilities in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) – After Effects skills would be an advantage
• Strong layout and typesetting skills for producing corporate publications
Roles and Responsibilities:
Branding Development – Work closely with the Head of Brand on brand development projects including brand workshops, creating brand logos, brand identities, and visual communications that resonate with target audiences.
Project Leadership – Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Client Relations – Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide design recommendations, and present design solutions effectively.
Mentorship and Collaboration – Mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering their professional growth.
Teamwork – Work collaboratively with other team members, sharing insights, ideas, and best practices to elevate the overall creative output.
Quality Control- Conduct thorough quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Continuous Learning – Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, and incorporate new techniques into your work.

PR Account Executive – Dublin Office
We are looking to hire a talented and highly motivated PR and Communications Professional to join our team in our Dublin office.
Fuzion operates a hybrid work model with maximum flexibility around home working, except for team meetings and specific instances where an in office work day may be required for training or mentoring.
You must have relevant qualifications, a high standard of writing, creative flair and a strong rasp of communications and the media landscape in Ireland. Experience in PR and social media will be a huge advantage.

Communications Account Managers – Consumer PR and Corporate PR & Public Affairs (Dublin/Cork)

The specific roles are:-
Corporate Comms Professional – Account Manager
Consumer Comms Professional – Account Manager
Both are hybrid positions, with a mix of working from home with approximately one day a week in either the Cork or Dublin office, wherever you chose to be based.
We’re looking for confident, experienced individuals with a minimum of three years relevant agency experience who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be professional, enthusiastic, and driven to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
The roles could include:
- Campaign Planning: Contribute to overall strategy, develop creative concepts, manage client feedback, and oversee campaign rollout.
- Media Relations: Leverage a deep understanding of the Irish media landscape and personal media contacts.
- Public Affairs: Keep up to date with the political landscape and build positive relationships with key government influencers and decision makers to support clients’ specific needs (Corporate Comms role)
- Writing: Craft press releases, copy, briefs, etc with strong writing skills.
- Influencer Marketing: Navigate the Irish influencer landscape, manage contracts, content, and campaign evaluations. (Consumer Comms role)
- Team Management: Mentor junior team members with support from Senior Management.
- Reporting & Budget Management: Conduct campaign reviews, analysis, and manage budgets for optimal ROI.
Required Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Public Affairs or equivalent.
- 3+ years experience in Communications
- Solid Agency Experience
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communications, writing and reporting skills
- Well-developed speaking, writing, and reporting skills
- Proven ability to build productive working relationships internally and externally.

Digital Marketing Executive (Dublin/Cork)

We want your passion, creativity, curiosity and your talent to shine working alongside a great team and with fantastic clients. You must have a huge grasp of all facets of digital marketing and the skill to apply this to a wide range of both Consumer and Corporate clients.
