Blennerville's Own James Bond! Host Lee Bradshaw to throw the Party of the Year - Casino Royale - The Station House Way

Everyone knows that The Station House Bar & Grill is considered the best dining out experience around and is lauded by food critics and locals alike.   And no one will argue that Proprietor Lee Bradshaw, recently voted Ireland’s most stylish man by RSVP Magazine, knows how to throw a good party with groups big and small planning their festivities around this top Kerry party venue.

To launch the Party Season and to celebrate Lee’s National Award, there will be a fun “Gourmet & Glamour” Night at the Station House on Thursday 27th November.  It is an Open Evening to celebrate the start of the Christmas Season with a night of fashion and food.  Admission is free and there will be a draw in aid of Build4Life, the Kerry based Charity which is fundraising to build the first dedicated Cystic Fibrosis Unit in CUH.

The “Pièce de Résistance” of the party season at the Station House Bar and Grill will be a fabulous Casino Royale Themed New Year’s Eve Event where guests are invited to join host Lee Bradshaw to see in 2009 at this exclusive ticket only Black Tie Event. Guests will enjoy Cocktails (Martinis – Shaken, of course, not Stirred!!) on arrival, Gourmet food served throughout the night, and 2009 greeted in style with Champagne at Midnight, all while a team of highly skilled Croupiers help guests take their chances on the  Blackjack and Roulette Tables at “Bond’s Casino Royale”. Tickets for the social event of 2008/2009 are €100 per person, and are limited, so early booking is advisable.

But you don’t have to wait until December 31st to visit The Station House Bar & Grill, as the team are planning a fun filled December and can look after all your party needs, whether it is a quick lunch with friends in the run up to Christmas, or a sit down meal for with work colleagues.

With entertainment every weekend in December there will be something to suit all tastes; and for larger groups, The Station House can organise all inclusive packages to suit any budget. They also have specially reduced Bed & Breakfast rates for party goers, who can enjoy a leisurely brunch the morning after the night before!

For the first year ever, The Station House Bar & Grill is open for Christmas Dinner on Christmas Day.  This is due to the demand of regular diners who choose to let the experts do the hard work while they relax with family on this special day – with no fights over who is going to Wash Up!! For €100 per person guests will experience a gourmet Seven Course Christmas Dinner, with a very welcome Warm Mulled Wine in front of the Open Log Fire on arrival to fight off the winter chills, and finished off with Champagne.

For people who prefer to stay at home, Lee and the team can prepare the ultimate Gourmet Christmas Take Out! Their Speciality Gourmet Hampers can cater for parties from 6 up to 20 people and there is a mouth watering choice of Gourmet Stuffed Goose, Duck, Turkey or Suckling Pig. Christmas Gift Vouchers are now available from The Station House Bar & Grill, and will make a fabulous Christmas present for any lucky recipient.
