Fuzion are expanding! We are looking to grow our Dublin team by creating a role for a PR/Administration assistant, commencing very soon. 

The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, a willingness to succeed and the desire to learn from and work with one of the strongest PR/Marketing & Graphic Design teams in the country.  The role is based in Dublin but trips to Fuzion’s head office in Cork at least once a month for team meetings will be required.

Duties to include:

PR Assistant

Assisting PR team on various accounts with:-

Compiling/updating media lists

Photocall support – sourcing props, models etc/attending shoots

Press Release drafting, distribution and follow up

Press analysis and media evaluation

Attending team planning/brainstorming meetings

Creating innovative and unique PR campaigns for clients

Attending PR & networking events on occasion

Social Media Support to clients

 

General Office Management

Answering Incoming Calls

Updating and Maintaining client records and press coverage

General Assistance with Accounts

 

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office mainly)

Strong Media Awareness

Social Media Savvy

Methodical Work Practice Ethos & Excellent Record Keeper

A team Player with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the group
