Management Buy Out at Waveform Solutions will result in exciting changes and Expected Job Growth at the company

Waveform Solutions, the leading mobile solutions provider in Ireland, has just been bought by Alan Carroll, Managing Director and Philip Moore, Technical Director who have both been with the company since 2000. Waveform Solutions Ltd was originally established in 1988 and has been providing data capture and mobility solutions to a wide variety of clients since then. The company has just announced a number of new contracts which will provide a suite of customized software packages and mobile hardware to a variety of sectors including retail, the services sector, distribution and the transportation of goods.

Alan Carroll started at the company as a sales representative where he noticed a new mobile enterprise market emerging. In 2006 he set up a dedicated mobile solutions company which was run with the help of Engineer Philip Moore who is now Technical Director and also a shareholder in the company. The company has built up an excellent reputation through its ability to understand individual business requirements and to deliver the latest, dynamic technology with both hardware and software solutions customized for clients.

The hands on support given by the company to its broad range of clients, has made the company invaluable to its client base, delivering exactly what they need when they need it. It is this service coupled with the latest technology which has resulted in the steady growth of the business over the last few years. The extremely skilled staff at the facility has also increased from two to eight people and it is expected that that figure will increase further over the coming months with a number of exciting projects planned. It is worth noting that Waveform Solutions also researches the latest technology so that it is constantly evolving with the times and delivering the most up to date packages to clients.Speaking on the Management buyout Alan Carroll said;
