Cool and Feminine with an Edge
The world is a beautiful place! This has served as the inspiration to ICHI’s designers in the Spring Collection 2008, where joyful, open-minded thinking is evident throughout.
The result includes the coolest prints, featuring the Japanese porcelain look with geometric mini patterns in everything from soft rose to clear blue. The expression is feminine while creating a cool dimension to match the relaxed atmosphere of the collection.
ICHI’s Spring Collection is filled with contrasts, the sharpest of which is the diversity between the raw and feminine look. This includes wide, men’s-inspired pants, cool sweatshirts with graphic all-over prints and tunics in an ultra-light look. Furthermore, one will also find a hit of retro in the collection, such as nylon jackets and sports inspired mesh tops.
70s Style Jeans and Dyed Denim
The jeans line has been designed with fond thought for the 70s. There is a focus on slim jeans with high waists, and jeans with wide legs. The fit is excellent and the collection offers a varied and versatile mix of elastic, light and sturdy denim.
There is a tendency for Spring 08 to tone the jeans at the greyish end of the colour range. However, ICHI also presents jeans in entirely definite colours such as clear blue and clear red. To continue the 70s look, there is also quite a bit of denim in the distinctive blue of that era, but also dark and light jeans are a good bet for this Spring’s jeans.
