Christmas in Killarney to host Spectacular Fashion Event Friday 13th November, 6.30pm The Malton Hotel Killarney

The Social and Fashion Event of the Year will take place on Friday 13th November, when over 300 guests will be treated to the very best of Fashion, Beauty & Style, Quality Food & Wine and Entertainment - all in the dazzling surroundings of the Malton Hotel, Killarney. 

The event which is being organized in association with RSVP Magazine, will showcase the best of fashion from one of the most stylish towns in Ireland - Killarney; and is in aid of a very worthy cause, the Christmas in Killarney Festival.  The festival, now in its fifth year, creates a special atmosphere in town, delivering "Christmas as it should Be" with festive displays of light, Munster's biggest and best free Santa's Lodge, and lots of free events and activities in the fun packed Christmas itinerary. 

This special night will commence with a Drinks Reception followed by a Sumptuous Four Course Banquet. There will also be great music entertainment, which will be announced shortly and an Exhibition where guests can browse and perhaps pick up a treat for themselves or Christmas presents with a difference.

Tom Randles, Co-Chairman, Christmas in Killarney Committee added "The fashion event last year was a great success that raised vital funds for the Christmas in Killarney Festival.  People are already pre-booking their tickets and we hope that this year will be an even bigger triumph and will assist to secure the continued success of the Festival."

Emir Irwin O'Shea, who is organizing the event on behalf of the Christmas in Killarney Committee, stated "I am so grateful to all the local stores participating again this year, the support of the Killarney community is wonderful and with the help of The Holman Lee Agency, top models will each be showcasing the wide selection of fashion that is available in town. From high end boutiques to high street stores, we guarantee there will be something on the Catwalk for everyone. Of course there will also be a very special prize for Best Dressed on the night."

Sean Taaffe Hair & Beauty, who was recently crowned "Munster Salon of the Year" at the Annual Schwarzkopf Professional Irish Hairdressing Business Awards, will provide Hair Styling for the Catwalk Show and makeup will be by Kathryn O'Neill, Daniel Sandler Cosmetics.
