Beacon Retail Programme pilots in Charleville

The Beacon Retail Programme is a programme designed to help retailers in the County Cork Region. The experienced retail team are in place to help and advise retailers in the areas of sales, promotions, marketing, merchandising and organisational development. The pilot phase is open to all retailers in the vicinity of the Charleville area.

 

Any retailer in the vicinity of the Charleville area who is interested in growing their business is eligible for the programme and is invited to a presentation in the E-Centre in Charleville on Monday,23rd at 11am. The programme is heavily subsidised by Cork County Councils Economic Development Fund and supported by the CouncilCounty Enterprise Boards and the Cork Institute of Technology, so retailers will have access to some of the country’s leading retail consultants at a fraction of the actual cost.

 

The project aims to help retailers revitalise and grow their business, by analysing all aspects of running a retail business, making expert recommendations and working on a long term strategic plan to sustain and take their business to the next level.

The programme is run by an appointed team of leading retail experts.

Elmer Kerr – Sales & Marketing - Elmer is a director of PMM Group and his role includes consultancy in sales & marketing to all retail sectors in Ireland including responsibility for client services, planning and strategic development.

 

Paula Lawlor – Marketing & Merchandising Consultant - Paula is the Managing Director of PMM Group. Her portfolio of responsibilities includes marketing, in-store merchandising, in-store displays, product placement programs and delivery of consultancy and training to client retail networks and brand ambassadors.
