A major part of the Christmas in Killarney festivities this year will be an Irish & International Food & Craft Market. With up to 50 stalls displaying a wonderful selection of craft products and all types of savoury delights, it’s a totally different shopping experience!

Located in the Fair Hill Car park on the 12th- 13th & 19th – 20th of December, in a festive and friendly environment; beside Killarney on Ice and surrounded by Christmas lights, street entertainers, live music and carol singers – it’s a must for all Christmas Shoppers.

The fifth year of the Christmas in Killarney festival’s Open Air Markets will be embracing a more international flavour including fantastic tasting Thai food, with everything from noodles to red and green curries. There will also be Craft and Food products being hand-made by the people of Killarney, Kerry and the surrounding counties. The selection will range from hand-made skincare and hair products made from pure Irish Seaweed to jewellery, to toys and other giftware, which will all make wonderful and unique gift ideas.

Shoppers can also treat themselves and their loved ones to a culinary delicacy ranging from organic cheese, fudge, preserves, a vast array of breads, charcuterie and gift hampers… Something for all tastes and palates!

If the cold begins to bite, shoppers can always warm up to a delicious hot-chocolate, sweet and savoury crepes and jacket potatoes. The Market will take place from 10am (12th & 19th) and 11am-6pm (13th & 20th).
