Olivia Hamrock has been appointed as Business Manager at financial advisory firm, City Life Galway, as part of a continued expansion drive.
Olivia has a strong background in the banking/ financial sector, having previously worked with Bank of Ireland for 17 years. She has experience in both Business and Retail Banking, and was awarded Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) status from the Institute of Bankers in 2007. Olivia completed the Joint Diploma in Financial Service with UCD in 2008.
Since joining City Life Galway, Olivia has been an integral part of the company and has proven to be very “hands-on”, working in a wide variety of roles. She has an excellent rapport with clients, a wide and varied economic knowledge and is delighted to be on the front line of the company, meeting and engaging with clients every day as Business Manager.
Established in late 2011 by Pat O’Dwyer, along with Cork-based father and son, Ted and Eamon Dwyer, City Life Galway was set up as a sister company to City Life in Cork, founded in 1971, and this business has replicated the Cork business model successfully.
With City Life Galway’s growth, and that of City Life in Cork, the overall group has assets under advice of approximately €210 million.
