Style Event at Style Exchange in aid of the Cork Sri Lankan Orphanage Tuesday 20th October from 6pm to 9pm
Style Exchange, upstairs at Lisboa Boutique, 127,Oliver Plunkett St, Cork is hosting a special style evening in aid of the Cork Sri Lankan Orphanage Project on Tuesday 20th October from 6pm to 9pm. Cork ladies are being asked to de-clutter their wardrobes and bring their pre loved designer outfits, accessories, shoes and bags to the event. Not only will they get 50% of the selling price back when the items are sold but a percentage of all items collected on the night will go to the Cork Sri Lankan Orphanage Project.
Customers will also enjoy a mini fashion show as Emma Connolly from the Evening Echo, who is Cork’s leading fashion writer and style consultant will show a range of looks from casual day time looks to dressing up for a special night out. Emma will also be on hand to help ladies mix “something old with something new”, giving customers plenty of ideas on how to become a style icon.
Caroline Hickey from Adorè Beauty Salon, will showcase this season’s make-up looks with an in store demonstration using American brand Bare Escentuals make up.
Guests will enjoy delicious canapés from Brook Catering one of Ireland’s leading outside and on-site catering companies. Meades Wine Bar, next door to Lisboa will provide a selection of wines for this special “girl’s night out”. There will also be a raffle on the night with great prizes including a break at the five star Hayfield Manor with all proceeds generated going to the Cork Sri Lankan Orphanage Project. To top it all off, customers will also enjoy a 10% discount in Lisboa on the night.
