The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is Ireland’s statutory body responsible for leading the strategic development of the national higher education and research system. It also oversees the Human Capital Initiative (HCI), a €300 million government-backed programme aimed at aligning education with future workforce needs.

OUR ROLE

• Content Creation: Development of engaging posts, videos, graphics, and messaging aligned with the broader #CollaborationNation theme. 
• Design & Branding: Consistent branded content shared across all 24 participating projects using centrally created design assets. 
• Paid Promotion: Assisted HEA with targeted advertising campaigns to amplify reach and promote key milestones like the Micro-Credentials Learner Fee Subsidy.
• Video Integration: Shared bespoke, high-impact video content, with tailored messaging to showcase the impact of HCI funding.
• Campaign Development: Created and promoted the “Micro-Credentials, Mega Career Boost” campaign across print and social platforms, with integrated audio and video content to support awareness.
