Nova Broadband came to us early in 2013 with a simple PR ask, but on examining what they are all about and how they do what they do, we suggested that they were not what we refer to as 'PR ready'.
Most important of all - they had no brand to work with. Although they were operating, quite sucessfully, since 2005, they were not recognisable on the market and had no consistent identity.
After our initial meeting we have taken them on a journey that has included a full rebranding, and a complete overhaul of their website, giving them the power of looking like the player in the broadband industry that they really are.
