Bookkeeper/Office Manager - Cork Office

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper and Office Manager who is obsessed with getting the figures right but even more so, becoming a key part of our growing team and getting involved proactively beyond the figures.

In this flexible role, which can be a mix of home and office we are more than happy if the successful candidate wishes to do a four day week.      

 

You will be responsible for

• All of the basic bookkeeping functions
• Managing fortnightly payroll
• Managing the company books in an accurate and efficient manner
• Managing third-party suppliers
• Managing invoice generation and credit control
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Supporting the team with client contracts
• Managing the offices in Cork and Dublin

The successful candidate must be proficient in payroll pages, Excel and the usual accounting packages.

PR Account Executive - Dublin / Cork Office
