Corporate PR & Public Affairs Account Director (Dublin/Cork)

Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Corporate PR & Public Affairs Account Director to take on a senior position within our Communications team. The position is hybrid and the successful candidate can be based out of either our Dublin or Cork office.

We are looking for a confident and dynamic individual with over three years relevant AD experience, who has a track record and is comfortable managing and nurturing a team in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have a strong grasp of the political landscape in both local and national government.

The successful candidate will be talented, professional, enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference for clients and just as important – for colleagues and for Fuzion. They must also be aligned to our values of Bravery, Passion, Ambition, Caring and Tenacity.

Role Description

The successful candidate will work closely with the Fuzion partners and Head of Communications in developing and implementing Public Affairs and Corporate Communication strategies and plans for clients.

The role will involve working to enhance our clients’ reputations with internal and external stakeholder relations and strategies, ongoing communication campaigns, public affairs and community relations.  

Required Skills, Qualifications, Experience: 

  • A Bachelor of Business, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent.
  • 3+ years experience in a senior Public or Corporate Affairs role (Account Director level)
  • Proven track record of managing and leading a team of communications professionals
  • Experience dealing with Corporate media and community
  • Strategically minded and energetic with a positive can-do approach to delivering on multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to anticipate issues and manage risks to reputation, proactively and strategically approaching issues, problems and opportunities
  • Well-developed speaking, writing, and reporting skills
  • An ability to build productive working relationships internally and externally
  • Full Clean Driver Licence

Senior PR Account Executive (Dublin/Cork)

Overview

We are looking to hire a talented and highly motivated PR Professional to join our Communications team in either our Dublin or Cork offices. 

We want your passion, creativity, curiosity and your talent to shine working alongside a great team and with fantastic clients.

You will have practical PR experience and a huge grasp of communications in a digital environment.

We are looking for confident, dynamic individuals with over two years relevant experience who are flexible and comfortable working as part of a team in a fast paced environment. It goes without saying that the successful candidate will be talented, professional, enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference.

Fuzion operates a hybrid work model with maximum flexibility around home working, except for team meetings and specific instances where an in office work day may be required for training or mentoring.
