The Power of Positive Thinking!Fuzion PR & Marketing Continues to Expand

13 March 2009

In challenging times, businesses do one of two things - hide behind walls or build windmills.  Fuzion decided on the latter.  As much of the industry have contemplated staff reductions and other cutbacks, Fuzion have added to the team, invested in services and in existing staff and decided to seek new opportunities. This positivity has paid off.  With a full service office on the South Mall in Cork and a sub office in Dublin City Centre recently opened, Fuzion has just announced major new accounts, working with national brands in very challenging times.

Greg Canty, Co-owner of Fuzion declared "We decided to face the New Year with a very positive attitude.  As a team we sat down late last year and looked at the market place and analysed the opportunities.  We enhanced our service offering by investing heavily in Web Marketing and Social Media training and software, extending the in-house service offering to clients. Despite the serious downturn there are a number of businesses that are not only surviving but are storming the recession and we sought such companies out.  They refuse to hide and are looking for good opportunities."

Greg added "What has changed is that now businesses are demanding more value, complete solutions and results driven activities.  Part of our strategy is to keep our main office based in Cork.  We can offer a much broader range of services in-house than most Dublin based agencies but at much more competitive rates, which not only reduces clients' overheads but delivers their marketing objectives more effectively."

The new accounts include Headland Archaeology which is the UK & Ireland's leading Archaeology Firm, with offices throughout Ireland and in the UK.  Fuzion will be working on an extensive PR and Marketing Campaign, nationally and regionally were they have specific ongoing projects. Also secured was the PR contract for Meditech Clinics in Ireland.  This March saw Meditech's first and only "super-clinic" in the UK and Ireland open in Dublin. Meditech Clinics in Dublin offers three unique treatments non-invasive, totally natural, body sculpting techniques, which offer a tailor-made, pain free, alternative to cosmetic surgery.  Fuzion's role with Meditech Clinics includes event organisation, press sampling, web optimisation, as well as a complete range of PR services.

Fuzion have also been secured by new magazine Green Ireland for Marketing & PR, beating stiff competition to win the contract for the new brand identity and collateral, as well as magazine concept and layout. Fuzion also won the contract to create new brand identity and collateral, as well as magazine concept and layout.

Other new accounts won in 2009 include the Radio Kerry Ring of Kerry Cycle; Market Square Mallow; leading mobile solutions company Waveform Solutions in Dublin; and The Waterfront Business Centre in the heart of the new business district in Cork City centre.
