Fuzion Communications continue to grow with new recruit

Fuzion Communications, a leading full service communications agency, continues to grow and expand and is today (April 22nd 2009) pleased to announce the appointment of Wayne Cronin to its PR team, effective immediately.  An experienced communications professional, Wayne Cronin has been involved in the industry for many years and in many different facets.  He has held marketing and communications positions within the publishing, professional services and telecoms sectors.

More recently he was head of the Lifestyle division with PR agency RDC where his clients included Kleenex, fashion label Tom Tailor and Idol vodka.  Wayne's experience, however, is not confined to PR as he is also a former journalist with media such as the Irish Examiner, the Evening Herald, FM104 and TV3 among those with whom he has worked with.

Commenting on his appointment, Wayne said: "I am delighted to be joining Fuzion Communications, a strong and vibrant agency.  I believe that PR will really come to the fore during these uncertain economic times and it's great to be part of a diverse team that is extremely focused and results driven.  I'm looking forward to working on a variety of existing clients and indeed to sourcing new ones." Wayne will be based at the Dublin Fuzion office and will be responsible for key account management, business development and media strategy within the organisation.  This new appointment has been made to further bolster the Fuzion network and to continue expansion of the range of services available to clients who include Danish fashion labels b.young and ICHI, Hayfield Manor, Rent2Buy.ie, MediTech Clinics and the Cystic Fibrosis Association of Ireland.

In operation since 2000, Fuzion is headed up by Deirdre Waldron and Greg Canty.  With offices in Dublin and Cork and 8 full time personnel the agency offers a full range of Marketing, PR and Communications services and has an in-house Graphic Design and Web Optimisation team.
