Sean Taaffe Hair & Beauty Opens Killorglin Salon

24 June 2009

Established in 1989 Sean Taaffe Hair & Beauty has grown from humble beginnings as a one man operation in Killorglin, Co. Kerry to where it is today, a highly dedicated and qualified team of 18, in state of the art 2,020 sq ft premises at one of Killarney's newest retail developments - The Courtyard on Lewis Road in Killarney Town Centre.  Sean Taaffe Hair & Beauty has now expanded and opened their brand new Killorglin salon.

Before the salon officially opened its doors to the public on Wednesday 24th June, an Open Evening was held from 7pm to 9pm on Tuesday 23rd June.   Guests were invited to call in to see the new premises and meet the new team and make that all important appointment to get their hair ready for the Summer.

The new salon, located at 17 Langford St, Killorglin, will open Tuesday to Saturday from 9.30am to 6.30pm, with late opening on Thursdays and Fridays. Clients can be assured of the same great expertise as they have come to know at the award winning Killarney salon, in the capable hands of stylists Michelle O'Shea and Sheila McCormack. Michelle has 7 years experience working alongside Sean and the team, and Sheila has just joined the Award Winning Team from Toni & Guy in Limerick.

Sean Taaffe Hair & Beauty is keeping up the tradition of cutting edge design, and the new salon consists of a completely different look to that of the Killarney Salon, but with the same ultra-modern décor theme. Talking about the new salon, Sean said: "This is a very exciting venture for me and the team at Sean Taaffe Hair & Beauty as Killorglin is where I started out my hairdressing career.  We look forward to introducing lots of new clients to our services as well as having some familiar faces using the new facilities in Killorglin."
