Roses ‘wool’ the World with New Aran Store

Aran Knitwear specialists, The Aran Store are to bring the best of Irish design to Dublin’s O’Connell St with their newly opened store which showcases fantastic Irish gift options.

Managing Director, Peter Hyland says that The Aran Store represents an exciting new chapter for Carrolls Irish gifts. “The Aran Store has the best of Irish design, from Tipperary Crystal Christmas giftware and fashion accessories, to handmade traditional aran clothing and Irish jewellery. We are delighted to add The Aran Store to the group in such a superb location. This will be our third new Aran store to open in the city this year. The store is steeped in Irish Tradition and allows both tourists and local shoppers to shop local and buy Irish giftware for their loved ones this Christmas.”

The Aran Store specialises in Aran knitwear, Irish clothing, Irish jewellery and gifts, as well as homeware products and is located in the historic building on O’ Connell street that dates back to 1860.

Stylist and Social Media star, Emily O’Donnell, who hosted the evening and officially opened the store, added, “At this time of year, aran sweaters are perfect and the intricate knitwear is so stylish to proudly show off Irish design while also looking very on trend this winter. I am a big advocate for shopping local and buying Irish designers and products and what is more local than Aran?!”

The Aran Store is a sister store of the popular Carrolls Irish Gifts which has been in Dublin since 1982 and is now nationwide with 14 Irish Gifts stores and three Aran Stores across Dublin, Kilkenny, Cork and Belfast.
